DHOKLA MIX FLOUR
- Add approx. 280ml of water into the Dhokla mix and mix properly. Add crushed ginger, garlic and green chillies for better taste. Keep aside for 15 mins.
- Boil water in Dhokla Cooker and put an oil applied plate for preheating.
- Once again mix properly. Pour batter in plate, Sprinkle black paper powder on it. Steam for 20 mins at high flame and cut into pieces
- Sizzle mustard seeds, sesame seeds, green chilies & asafotedia in a5g oil and pour it over the Dhokla. Garnish hot dhokla with fresh coriander leaves and serve with green chutney and tomato ketchup
