Dahiwada Mix Flour

  1. Add 290 ml water into this Dahiwada mix and whip it. Add crushed green chillies to it. Keep it aside for 15 minutes. Whip the batter before frying
  2. Fry wada int hot oil at consistent degree of temperature. After frying wadas dip them into water for 5 minutes.
  3. Press each wada between two palms
  4. Serve wadas with sweet cold curd (approx. 400g), mint chutney, and date tamarind sweet chutney. Sprinkle salt, red chilli powder and cumin powder. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and pomegranate
