DALWADA MIX FLOUR

  1. Add 200 ml water into Dalwada mix and whip it. Add crushed green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves and garlic to it. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Whip the batter before frying. Deep fry it in hot oil at a consistent degree of temperature.
  3. Serve hot Dalwadas with fried green chillies, onion, and sweet chutney

Note: at the time of frying, temperature of oil is important
