IDLI MIX FLOUR
- Add 320ml water into this idli mix and whip it. Keep it aside for 10 minutes
- Whip the batter before pouring. Pour the batter in pre oiled moulds of idli cooker
- Steam the batter in idli cooker for 15 mins
- Serve idli with hot sambhar and coconut chutney.
